Staff required a system that would make more efficient use of collection dollars as well as streamline daily tasks. Following a structured roll out of collectionHQ the Library noticed positive results.

With a breadth of knowledge about consumer demand, staff at the library required the evidence to back up collection management decisions and the ability to spread processes more evenly across the branches.
