Using the Toolset

EBSM presents a large number of Tools that work together to create a well stocked library collection full of high quality, relevant items.

It is important that the Tools are used in an order that provides optimum value. Best possible value can be achieved by executing all of the Tools in a particular sequence.

However the methodology recognizes that not all users will be in a position to carry out all steps.

EBSM is embedded within collectionHQ and full training is provided by our Account Managers to help our customers to get the most from collectionHQ and to implement the EBSM methodology fully. A list of these training courses can be found here.
