In response to feedback from customers, we are pleased to announce the following enhancements to collectionHQ:

• We have improved the response time of our Discovery tool and extended its functionality to allow you to compare your library’s holdings with the most popular authors and titles in libraries on a local and national level in seconds.
• Users can now exclude selected Fiction and Non-Book collections from ‘Dead on Arrival’ in the Dashboard, allowing you to delve more deeply into the items contributing to the percentage of your collection that has circulated less than twice since purchase.

We are delighted to announce the following enhancements to collectionHQ and ESP:

collectionHQ:

• Integration of the latest BISAC codes
• Option to sort exports of collectionHQ Spending Plans
• Faster loading speeds of tools and Action Plans

ESP:

• Introduction of Category Score to provide further insight into items ranked by ESP

We have added some exciting new features to the collectionHQ Dashboard:

My Dashboard:

Pull charts and graphs that show detail relevant to you from the main Dashboard into “My Dashboard”. Automate exports of your Dashboard to send to staff and management at regular intervals by making use of the “Share My Dashboard” functionality.

Dead on Arrival:

With the enhanced DOA chart, users can now identify the branches and collections with the highest percentage of dead items then take action to reduce this number with the new DOA Action Plan.

collectionHQ Configuration Overview Chart: Are you getting the most from collectionHQ? Find out at a glance with this informative new feature which highlights where you could achieve more from the application by configuring options such as holds, eBook, RFID, barcode links and more. The enhancement also allows Administrators to review how targets are being applied to achieve success with collectionHQ.

Schedule Dashboard Tasks: Integrate performance monitoring into your team’s regular workflow by adding Dashboard “tasks” to the collectionHQ Schedule.

We are delighted to announce the release of collectionHQ v4.10 and ESP v3.6. The updated versions include enhancements to the collectionHQ and ESP toolsets:

Rebalance Tools:

– Enhancements enable customers to use collectionHQ Floating tools to rebalance all collections – not just Floating collections. As a result, we have renamed our “Floating” tools as “Rebalance” tools.

Schedule Management:

– Supervisors and collectionHQ administrators can now share the responsibility of delegating and managing scheduled tasks, freeing up time for other duties.

ESP Tier Management*:

– Predictive Distribution can now be tailored more than ever to meet local requirements with the option to define distribution quantities according to genre and audience type.
